    I was so disappointed with my treatment at EHE Clinic in Blacksburg. I have been to this clinic over the years and Dr. **** typically runs late, but this time was different. After 20 minutes waiting in the lobby and not knowing how much longer I would be, I left to get my phone. After leaving, she became available. I was irritated and after some exchange of frustration and feeling dismissed, we proceeded to the treatment of cupping. I laid on the table after cupping and two acupuncture needles on my wrist. She asked if I wanted twenty minutes or thirty minutes. I opted for 20 not realizing this would be the end of my treatment. She asked if I felt more relaxed, I did not feel any different that when I arrived. The time was 4:50 This is the timeline. I arrived at EHE at the scheduled time of 4:00 waited until 4:20 laid on the table for 20 minutes after cupping treatment. I got off the table at 4:50. When questioned again, I was dismissed with "other Dr. are late" and when I asked about such a short period of time for treatment, 30 minutes. I was told she charges by the result. I did not have a positive experience or result from 4:20 to 5:00.
