    DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE COMPLETE SCAM!!
    Sent Me a completely different item than what I ordered. items i received were homemade and falsely sold as a product of leather master. So they are False advertising and committing scam. I want a refund immediately.
    First photo lksted as screen shot is what I was supposed to be ordering and what was advertised by this business and the 2nd photo listed as 1670472...... is what I actually received, what the business sent me.

    Hello! We are not a scam, we are Leather Master's biggest worldwide distributor.  The customer emailed and complained about the outer packaging they received, please see attached accompanying pictures.  This is a kit that we have sold for years and has recently undergone a new package design.  The packaging that the customer received is the old packaging that we are still working through inventory.  I have submitted pictures from the MANUFACTURERS website showing both kits, with one(the old) being out of stock and the other(New) packaging out of stock.  Both kits include the EXACT SAME products and Size of products.  Unfortunately through COVID, there were many supply related issues and one way Leather Master solved this was with new packaging.  The customer received the exact products from the exact manufacturer that they ordered.  Unfortunately we have just not sold through all of the old packaging yet.   We let the customer know that if she would like to send the product back we would give them a full refund.   The customer refused to send the product back, therefore we cannot credit a refund.    Our refund policy is for 30 days from receipt of the order and we will credit a 100% refund.  Thank you for the opportunity to share our side of the story.

    I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ** ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Also as you can see in their photo they have a tab open that says Photo shop training witch shows they alteref this photo and have something to hide. Mistake on there end. The photo attached is the photo they provided and you'll notice the tab
