    Clear creek golf was advertising a membership for around 200. I was there on a Saturday play and was talkin in to purchasing a membership. At the time I was told it was for 2 years and only had to pay cart fees which was 18 dollars. I purchase 2 memberships that day at a cost of 400. This year I was told that the membership has limitations. I was told it could only be 3 days in advance to get a time. On 4/24 I was told it the time had to be after 11. I couldn't get one closer to a time I wanted and would have to pay full price if I want to play. I ask why wasn't this explained to me and it was basically worstless to me. I did ask if there was a refund available because I had only used it twice. I was told by ****** no and I could take it up with a ***** ******. I feel this is very deceived in information on the purchase. My opinion this is boreline false advertising or a bait and switch. I would really like a refund. At the least there needs to be a paper give with membership stating rules and limitations. Membership numbers are ********** and **********.

    This is an anniversary membership, not a platinum membership. The Platinum membership would cost $750 for 1 year, the anniversary membership is only $98 per year (2 -year $198). When the customer bought the membership cart fees were $19 and was told the rate would go to $22 starting Jan. 1, 2025 (the new rates were also posted on the door). Due to the very low price of the membership, we have some restriction. The 2 main things are the Booking Tee Times (the earliest they can book a tee time is 3 days in advance), the other is Weekends and Holidays they cannot play as a member before 11:00 am (Weekends are Sat. & Sun.). All of this information was discussed before anyone purchases the membership. Member packets are here and ready to pick-up. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or transfers on these memberships. The customer is more than welcome to call me to discuss the issue, he has not reached out to me directly. ***** ******

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
