      I ordered some mobile home tie down straps online around 04/14/2025. The cost of the item was just over $209.00. I called back 10 minutes and cancelled the order. Their customer service person said the order was cancelled. I received the items 2 days later. It was not cancelled. I want to send the order back for a refund on my credit card but the owner will not send a return label. I have priced sending the return via mail, *** ** ** *** and the cost is more than $200.00. I should not have to pay the same amount to return an item as it cost. I would like to be refunded for this. When I call the business, no one ever answers the phone or my emails.

      We find no record of him trying to cancel the order.  We do have a record of him wanting to return the parts and he was told he would have to pay for the return shipping.  We don't include return labels because we ship for free.  We are not sure where he got quotes of $200 for the return.

      This purchased made for H&S Mobile Home Supply was on October 21 2022. The total amount was 6000 dollars. I used my debt card for 4000 and a ******* *** card for other 2000. A man name ***** sold me the Novic Brick Underpinning for my home. I assumed that ***** was the own of the store. Very helpful ect. How ever I was told by him that I need 23 boxes of the underpinning. By the novic web site calculator I thought this was a high number. I told ***** that I thought that was more than I need. He told me it was ok he would take back any I didn't use. He also state that if i didnt get it now becasue of shipping and supply i might not get more if needed. I explain to him that I would not be put this up till summer. ***** went on to explain that it would take him a few months to get all of the 23 cartons. ***** assured me that he could sale this product all day, that he would refund my money. So jump forward to May 22, I finished the work and I have 6 cartom I call the day of May 22 and told ***** that I had all this left over. He laught and told me that I bought to much and that he wouldn't take it back. He didn't remeber tell me that he would and it had been I to long. He basically to me I was stuck with a extra 1000 of produce and I was a cry baby. I want my refund to the produce I didn't use. I feel that I was miss lead by *****. Yes I did buy to much but it was because that is what he told me.
