    ***** B In November 2023, we contracted Mr. ***** **** of Phenix Painting, LLC to paint our garage floor with an epoxy treatment. My **** guaranteed the work for a year. He told us not to make the use of the floor especially drive for a week. We did not step in the garage for a week and waited over 2 weeks before driving on it. After the very first snow, our garage floor had tires marks. I emailed him shortly after this incident. He said he would come over and take a look. I called, sent text messages and emails over the next few months about the tire marks on the floor as well as the paint peeling. He said he would come by and take a look. He never showed up. The last time I called him was on April 10th, 2024. He got really nasty and started shouting saying the reason is "your husband kept driving back and forth while it was raining. Your husband did exactly what I told him not to do." This was a big fat lie as my husband had surrendered his license and sold his car in July 2023, well before the work on the garage floor.The garage floor paint is coming off in several spots and there are tires marks all over the floor. This is very poor workmanship on part of Mr. **** and/or not proper materials used by him. We are out $1,400. Now it would take more funds to get it fixed as the old paint has to be stripped off before applying the new ******. **** is very rude, poor workmanship, poor materials used, and not a reliable person. I thank God it was our garage floor rather than main part of the home!
