    My child ( 100% percent disabled) was seen by Dr. G. D****. Our very first visit she asked me was my child's father in his life. ( This day is was just my son and I) I just looked at her like a deer in headlights. Her nurse Cassey seemed like a nurse, well we were wrong. I asked multiple questions about medicines and equipment ( I was told by his insurance to get from them) I never received an answer. Dr. D**** always said Cassey would help me. Appointments were made without speaking with us via the portal or telephone. Then the appointments would just be cancel by someone in the office. My son ends up catching covid. I called to let the doctor know and ask what all should I look out for, that when I was informed of the missed/canceled appointments. There was never any follow ups ( I called multiple times and left messages on the portal). Made a phone call to his insurance who then called the office. Casey told the insurance company the would love to see my son and that I could meet up some equipment. Mind you, Cassey NEVER said anything to me. The insurance company and myself asked how would I bring him in if EVERYONE in the house has covid. Cassey never got back to me. Filed a grives with the insurance. Once it came back they dropped my son without telling me. When I called for my son's records to be release office manager kept hanging up on me and the office manger at his new doctor's. Manger spoke bad about my son and me all because i filed something against them.
