    I am very disappointed with SheaWoman Soapery. I placed an order back in May 2023, never received my order. Here we in November of 2023 and after several conversation, first they said owner was sick and they didn't know what happened to order. I requested a tracking number and they said they didn't have one, but would resend my shipment minus one of the product that I had originally purchased because they were out of stock, but they would send to me as soon as they had more. Well I never received an order or tracking number. I spoke to several different people in this company, but no one delivered. My last attempt to communicate with them, advising them that I would post a negative review on their social media was on November 2nd, giving them time to reply to me. Well that never happened. So I have no reply, no soap and no refund. I don't recommend this company as they are not trustworthy or reliable. I do not know who is running this company. I ordered from them because I had received good reviews, but I don't know what happened. Beware of this company.

    I tried to order soap (I’ve ordered from them before) and they took the money from my card payment but it’s still just saying it’s processing. I can’t check actual tracking, no one will respond to my emails or pick up my calls. It’s been a month and there’s been no change or update. My preferred solution would be to just get the product I ordered but I would even be okey with just getting a refund at this point.
