    In December of 2024 we purchased tires from Grace Automotive. When we picked up the vehicle I noticed they had damaged the aluminum wheels on the vehicle. The owner said he would make it right to bring vehicle back. We took vehicle home very next day vehicle had flat tire just sitting in driveway. Took vehicle back to grace automotive for them to fix flat tire and try to fix damage they caused to wheels the fist visit. Went back to pick up vehicle only to find they had caused more damage to the same wheels specifically rear center caps this time. Again owner said he would make it right. After three months he provided used replacement parts ( center caps) that where already damaged. Upon confronting him he said he was done and that’s all he would do. Vehicle DID NOT HAVE ANY DAMAGE WHEN IT ARRIVED AT HIS SHOP. Wheels were damaged by his shop and he provided damaged parts to put back on vehicle. Not acceptable

    This is a 1994 Ford truck that was brought in.  Yes my guy did damage the hubcap, not the wheels.   The hub caps on this truck have been discontinued.  Now they are plastic and not metal.   We looked and looked for 3 months trying to find a replacement.  We finally found a used one.  It did have a very small dent/scratch but this was all we could find.  We even offered to give him the money if he could find a hub cap.
