  From start to finish, our experience with Ace Handyman Services, was positive. ***** contacted me after my outreach and was polite and helpful. Although the first scheduled time was changed and then later delayed, communication remained open. ****** arrived late, but stayed for the agreed upon time.****** was quiet, polite and thorough. We had various and different small tasks that needed completion. These were punch list items after another contractor did not return.****** seemed to have experience with them all. His work was finished beautifully and makes all the difference. We would request ****** the next time we use Ace Handyman services.

That is what you should expect from us, the home services division of ************. We are often hired to prepare homes for sale and then to repair homes that have been purchased and we love out work. We are ready for your next project!

  I've used Ace Handyman Services of Fairfax County several times in the past few months. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Scheduling was easy and Ace was able to provide service on short notice. The person who performed the work explained everything before he began and advised on the best solutions. His work has been effective and resolved our problem in the bathroom. I recommend Ace Handyman Services for any needs around the house.

  They paved a short portion of my sidewalk in front of my townhouse, and they did a fantastic job. The pricing was very reasonable (I had looked a several different companies). When I submitted my request, they were quick to provide a quote and all the information I needed for my Architecture Review Board. Once they approved it, they came out a few days later and fixed it. I've had it for four months, and they did a fantastic job. The issue I was having is gone. They are honest and communicate very well. I've recommended them to my neighbors and to people who I know.

  Incompetent workers and incompetent back office staff. Minor projects are too complex for ace handyman and their employees. First handyman was unable to install a basic vent fan successfully. They sent another 'Master electrician' who was quick to leave job site after he was having issues installing properly. Vent fan was cycling on and off he told me this was normal. Takes two people and they can't even install a fan properly. Can't recommend at all, can't image how bad they would do on a project with any level of complexity

  This person left a bad review after we tracked him down to finally pay his bill after many months. He purposefully evaded his invoice and we were hours away from filing suit. He is now spinning pure fiction. He hired us to install a bath fan. He provided a bath fan that would not work at first so we recommended the proper fan/light combination. We informed him we would not charge him for the time it took to remove the original fan and install his selection (2+ hours of free work) despite it not being our mistake. I mean we have a 4.9 rating with hundreds of cheer-leading reviews for a reason. We don't normally encounter this type of scofflaw. As an example of his character, he left negative reviews for other Ace offices that were not even involved in the work. He even left a negative review on one of our competitors, Mr. Handyman, which is a testament to this customers' malfeasance. Who does that? Legal options will be presented to us shortly.

  They sent an person to fix our front stoop. He did other small repairs. He left my house in worse shape than before he came to the house. The brick repair was terrible, he broke the outdoot faucet when he attempted to power wash the stoop and he left a hole on the ceiling of my unfinished basement in order to repair the outdoor faucet. We have called multiple times to have them clean up the damage and they say nice words but never follow through.
