On March 24, 2015 I purchased and paid for the installation of 8 Low-E Glass w/Argon Gas windows that have a lifetime warranty against obstruction of vision between the glasses. I have some obstruction in two of the windows and one window that doesn't slide up and down properly. I have made 4 calls to the Windows Direct office at the number I have provided you ( it is the number on my receipt and contract and the internet) on different days at different times and nobody answers and there is no option to leave a message. I have also made 4 calls to the field representative at the time of purchase. His name is ***** at ###-###-#### and this still his number. He never answers either but you can leave a message which I have done each call. I can't understand what he says when the message recording first picks up to determine if he is still with the company or not. He returned my call the first time I called but I missed his call. I have since called 3 more times but he doesn't return the call. I just want someone to come examine the 2 obscurities and the difficult to open window and see if they can help but can not make any contact with them.

To BBB, I don't understand what it is you want me to do. I feel like I explained it all very well in my explanation of other. I want a representative from Windows Direct to come to my home and address problems with some of my windows and I can not get anyone to answer my repeated calls to their office.
