    Hired Ron ****** in June 2024 to install a bunch of interior and exterior doors, build a front porch, install a sliding glass window, install 2 exhaust fans and fix a bathroom ceiling. It took 3 weeks to semi complete after he gave a 1 week finishing time frame. Did complete crap work and going to have to spend 2k-3k to fix his mistakes. He installed the steps on the porch very poor quality and now they're not flesh with concrete (see picture). The railing is not even screwed the whole way down since it didn't install the baluster correctly (see picture). Also a few other minor time-consuming fixes on the porch. Next, he installed a sliding glass door and half assed finished it. Didn't do the trim outside or inside and looks awful (see pictures). All he was wanting was more money to actually complete the job correctly when it took him 3 weeks to get to this point after saying it would take a week.
    At the end I just wanted him to leave and would have someone else complete it CORRECTLY. His guy Henry was caught sitting on couch during the day when my tenants were at work. The couch would have a lot of drywall dust on it after coming home from work. Was wondering why barely any work was getting done. Ron said he was putting 6 to 8 hours a day into the house, but my neighbor has a camera directly on my house from across the street and he was there consistently 5 hours a day. Also, the deal we had was for me to buy supplies and pay him for the skilled labor he provided. I come to find out he took the 2nd soffit vent for the exhaust fan he was supposed to install. Drywall screws I bought that I know he didn't use them all. 2000 trim nails I bought which he might have used 500.
    I could keep going on and on about things he either didn't do or did at a very poor quality. I just wanted him gone. All and all this were an awful experience and hope nobody else makes the same mistake!
