My experience involved several serious issues:Property Damage and Denial of Claims:Several personal items were significantly damaged. Despite an extra $400$500 charged for damage insurancewith no documentation or insurance provider detailsthe company has denied many valid claims, leaving me without promised coverage.Unapproved Additional Charges:The final bill far exceeded the original quote, with extra charges applied without notification or clear explanation, suggesting deceptive billing practices.Lack of Customer Support:Attempts to resolve these issues were met with poor service and unresponsiveness, compounding my financial ************** ***************************** charged me for damage insurance without providing any policy details, a misleading practice that may violate consumer protection laws.Requested Resolution:A full refund of additional charges beyond the original quote Compensation for the damaged property A refund of the $400$500 insurance fee A thorough investigation into their billing and insurance practices I trust your agency will address this matter promptly.
