Horrible company run by horrible people. Filed a complaint with them at the BBB, they decided to not show up or reply to arbiration thus keeping my money and ghosting me.
Had a contract in place to get my back yard trees trimmed, in addition to other items. Contract stated that I would be invoiced when all work was completed, had a holly in the scope and the holly was to be done in April. When initial work was done a partial invoice was sent to me for prompt payment. When I told them that all of the backyard trees weren't trimmed, they said they had done the backyard trees in scope. I told them that the scope called out all backyard trees... they said the scope was complete. After I sent videos were sent and days of back and forth, they didn't budge on resolving so I asked to update their invoice thinking they'd reduce it because they didn't complete the scope of work. Well, they increased the invoice by $500, because they did extra work and were planning on charging me for this extra (and un communicated and unauthorized) work when the holly was completed in the spring.
Horrible, unethical company - stay away from these thieves!

Pin Oak Tree Services did a great job of trimming large trees in both my front & back yards. They knew what they were doing, were very proficient and professional. They were careful to not damage my property, and cleaned up all the debris. Price was reasonable. I will gladly hire this company again.
