      Remember the tech is EXTREMELY dishonest! He came to my home several months ago charge me for 2lb of coolant. He put 3 or more lb in and I gave him cash. A couple weeks ago my furnace was making a noise. He came out advised me that I need a fan. Blower. He told me which one to order and to Tex call him and he would come out it in. I called him texted him many times and no answer.i paid a service call for no reason. He completely lied to me. Also left a rattle noise in the furnace I wasted my time energy, and patience with this company. When I called the company to complain she defended him and said he was a very honest person. ******************!

      This customer has had a history of soliciting our technicians to perform side work for him for cash.  When our technician was there on June 21, 2024 for a "no A/C" service call he again tried to solicit the tech, however the tech did add refrigerant to the unit and the customer paid by credit card, we have the card transaction receipt if you need to see a copy of it.  Then on 12/9/2024 we were out for a maintenance and a complaint of a noisy furnace.  We diagnosed a bad inducer motor and sent him an estimate to replace it.  However he purchased the part on his own and tried again to have our tech install it as side work.  When our tech refused, he got upset and called our office to speak to a manager, that call was recorded and it in the link below.  He proceeded to fabricate a story about the last ************** call where he stated he paid cash to Rember our tech, but when our manager ******** caught him in a lie, he got upset and threatened to complain to the BBB and leave us bad reviews every place he could.       As you will hear, he is obviously lying, and we caught him lying.  This is obviously a bogus complaint against our company.  If you need any more evidence please let me know. We have photo's and detailed notes along with recordings.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I am not lying. This company is defending there tech and I do not have a history of this. Who ever is answering this complaint is lying .the last time this Rember guy came out he put 3lb in my system. I paid for 2. He told me what fan to get. He even sent me a Tex and informed me that when it came in he would not be available that week because its thanksgiving but after he would. He scammed me out of ****** this fee that I paid. I paid a normal company the next day ****** to do the job. This company is dishonest, and attempted to scam me. The BBB can read my comment in there link if the voice call. What a ***** company. I will not be scammed by this company. I will go all the way to court on this ****** scam charge that I paid.
