    They sent tech out to diagnose our dishwasher. The tech was polite and ordered the part to fix the problem. We scheduled the repair once the part arrived and two techs were sent to do the repair. The same problem reoccurred a short time later. They came out again and admitted they didn't tighten something properly and fixed it again, except the same problem occurred after just a few weeks.My wife called them and Total Appliances said they'd call back with a time for a tech to return. After two days, she called again for a status and all she got was a fast busy signal.I called from my phone and was told they would reach out to a tech and have them call me. I didn't hear back and when I tried to call again, I got the same fast busy. I tried daily for two weeks and it was always the fast busy.Suspecting they were blocking my calls, I then called from my land line and got through...I spoke to a person who promised to call back in the evening and of course I didn't hear from them. The next day, I called from the land line again but got the busy signal. We were blocked a third time.They are avoiding their responsibility to warrant their work. I would like a full refund.They often claim mistaken identity. It is not. I have the original work order and the phone number matches the MD phone number listed here.
