    IN MAY I CALLED THEM TO GER RATES DID NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. TOLD THE RECEPTIONIST MAN THAT I WILL CALL HIM LATER IF I WAS GOING TO USE THEM. I HAD OTHER COMPANIES THAT I WAS ALSO GETTING PRICING. i ENDED HIRING GLOBAL MOVING AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO SEND ME A LINK TO BOOK THE MOVE. SO WHAT HAPPEND IT WAS NOT GOING SO THE LADY TOLD ME I WILL SEND IT TO YOU DIFFERNT WAY AND I RECEIVED A TEX I TOUGHT IT WAS GLOBAL MOVING SO I ENTERD MY INFO IT WAS FROM THIS ****** STUPID PERSON WHO I TOLD I WAS GOING TO LET HIM KNOW LATER. WICH WAS A POLITE WAY TO GET OFF THE PHONE.  SO THIS COMAPNY CHARGED ME $500 THEY DID NOTHING AT ALL. I FILLED A CLAIM WITH THE CREDIT CARD BUT THEY SAID THIS RECEPTION MAN SHOWED THEM A CONTRACT I NEVER SIGN SO IM GOING TO SUE THEM AS WELL. PLEASE HELP ME.

    This person called our office, asked for a moving estimate, which was provided to them verbally and in writing and then proceeded to schdule their move, for the VERY NEXT MORNING.

    Our onboarding process requires a deposit, and an electonric signature containing the terms and conditions of the estimate and the services.  The person provided a credit card and executed the contract electronically, thus formally engaging in our Servcies.  

    When our moving team showed up the next day, this person had other movers on site doing the job already. 

    It is not our problem if this person legally engaged in our services, to which we logistically planned for, reserved and faclitated assets to conduct said service,and then decided to not have us move them. 

    There will be no refund or further action taken on our part here.

    HuberWilmot are CROOKS and SCAMMERS!!! What was supposed to be a 3-to-4-hour job turned into a 12-hour job. They sent workers over and wasted time goofing off and milking the time to scam me out of money. Then they lost some of my furniture, broke my laser printer, brook a leg off of my dresser, cut a hole in my mattress, put a big gash in the wall of my new apartment and damaged several other things. Then charged me nearly $2000 when they quoted me $580. The owner ********************* and *************************** are rude, unprofessional and uncooperative towards me and offered only $200 to cover all the damages they caused.

    Good Morning,

     Our response to ************************* complaint will be identical to the one she has already received from our Legal Counsel. 

    The complaints and concerns are nullified due to the following facts:

    1. The client did not reserved the freight elevator at her apartment complex for the Company to use during the loading process

    2. The client took it upon herself to retain 3rd party labor help unknown to the Company and  NOT AFFILIATED with the Company, resulting in damaged goods

    3. The client left the job site while the loading was in process and AFTER they had retained 3rd party help, resulting in breach of Contract.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am rejecting their response because they are liars and scammer!  First of all, I did not receive any correspondence from their legal counsel.  I received an email from the owner offering me $200 for the $3000 of damages to my belongings they vandalized.  Also I never breached the contract by leaving the site.  His workers got tired of me complaining that they were taking so long and they told me to leave and they would meet me at the new place.  Secondly, there is not a freight elevator in my old apartment complex.  Another tenant was  moving out and was there 30 minutes during the time when ************* arrived.  I have a written statement from the tenant that moved confirming the time.  She dealt with a real, professional moving company which I wish she would have referred me to.  Also my apartment complex provided me with the video footage of the whole entire day which also showed ************* arrival, the workers goofing off and when they left.  Lastly, I NEVER hired any 3rd party person or company to help the incompetent workers!  One of my neighbors felt sorry watching the slow, incompetent workers milk the time to get more money out of me, went and asked some guys on the street to help.  I had already left going to the new apartment, therefore I could not arrange for 3rd party people to help.  The ironic thing is I have a video of ************ interacting - talking and ********, having a great time with the 3 party people.  If the 3rd party laborers were not to help in anyway, then they should have told them that.  They were working together and having a great time fooling around.

    As I have already stated, they are crooks and scammers and I will see them in court along with some of their former clients as witnesses that were also scammed!  I will also update their response on the 51 other consumer sites that I reported them to.

    The facts of the matter are clear. customer breached her contract which, is the legal document governing the work

    Breached Actions:

    -left the job site

    -hired 3rd party workers 

    A claim settlement was made as an attempt of "good faith" which was refused. No further offers will be entertained.  At this time, there will be no further correspondence from the Company to the customer between any consumer intermediaries.  Our listed legal Registed Agents are public information and the customer can seek resitution by these means as they deem fit.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The breach of contract is a lie!  I never breached the contract.  This is just another recourse for them to overshadow the $3000 of damages they caused.  They are SCAMMERS and CROOKS and the other 14 customers that put out negatives reviews agree.
