    Contractor agreed to repairs on a pool that have not been completed since Sept 29, 2021. The pool is dangerous to our children and they do not communicate or return calls or texts after many many correspondences. They also ripped up the tile at the end of the pool and the fence and left it sitting there which is a hazard. The pool has a leak and other pool contractors have indicated that its as a result of pool workmanship when building. The spillovers from the spa are not even, they removed the tile from the wall and havent replaced it and the wall is not even (I can send a video of this). Overall, its just poor and very dangerous. They are pointing the finger at the deck contractor, however, weve have had other engineers come in that have indicated that the pool contractor has done a sub par job. We really just want our pool to be fixed and safe at this point and weve been more than patient after 4 years. I also have the texts from year 1 where i told them that the pool was losing water. They indicated, no, its just evaporation. But this year we have confirmation, its leaking from underneath the pool. This is all on Perfect Pools.
