      Placed an order on March 23rd.Emailed to inquire about delivery on April 1st and was told it would ship from VA on April 3rd or 4th. I still don't have shipping info. I have attempted to call for the past two days for a status update and no one picks up phone.

      Greetings,

      We sincerely apologize for the extended delay and any inconveniences this may have caused the customers ongoing project. According to our records, this order was shipped from our warehouse in Virginia on 4/18 via ***** Overnight Delivery (please see attached documents). The attached invoice for order ****** also shows the ***** tracking number (************) was updated at the time of shipment from our warehouse. Once tracking has been entered into our system, this is automatically sent to the customers email on file (shown on attached invoice). Many times, these emails are redirected to spam due to the email being a sales receipt. 

      Based on the available information which we have attached above, this order was delivered on 4/19 to the customers front door. ***** now provides an image of residential shipments for convenience and confirmation.

      Once again, we are apologetic for the delayed shipment. We strive to provide high-quality products and committed to accommodating our customers needs to the best of our ability.

      I ordered an LED Shower Head on 30 sept 2022. when it arrived the LEDs didnt work and it was missing a mounting screw. their online ticketing system doesnt work and their phone system just kept telling me it was a 45 minute wait for over 2 hrs. they sent me a new power adapter and it still didnt work and they sent me the wrong mounting screw. on 8 nov, they said they would send me a new shower head and mounting screw. I'm still waiting. i emailed them on 5 and 13 Jan 2023 and have received no response. I've been without a shower since Sept and have had to shower at the gym. when you pay almost $1800 for a product, you expect a different level of customer service (or any customer service at all). I would like a full refund.
