      Signed 6000 dollar contract in March 2022, with promised install of 10 weeks. It's August 2, 2022 and we have yet to have the install. Meanwhile, ww has kept our 3000 dollar deposit. We have called and complained to no avail.

      Window World was recommended by neighbors. Toby, the salesman, answered many questions even after the initial meeting (that my adult kids had brought up). Christi in the office kept us in the loop and Elmer and his crew were amazing: After a very hot, long day, Elmer went to two different places to find a handle for a front door screen that I would have been more than happy to wait for. He wanted to be sure the job was done completely and satisfactorily. The crew swept up constantly. I think Window World must have learned from the mistakes written about by previous customers. I highly recommend the company and especially the people I just mentioned by name.
