    We paid $450 for this company to repair our gutters on the date of February 23,2023. We notice in a recent rain storm that they did not repair the gutters that they they said they would. We gave them a call and asked them to come take a look again and see if they could repair it the right way. We had to get other work done to the house because of the water leaking issue. We had to replace flooring inside and repair house siding. Gutter pros guaranteed their work and said they said that if we had any issues to call back and they would fix it. We did and they did not hold up their end. They said they would not fix it unless we paid more money. They also made the issue worse by attaching the gutters Sun a way that makes it more difficult for anyone else to fix. When we called back to complain, they not only refused to answer our call but blocked mine and my husbands phone number. My husband and I never yelled at them but we did get defensive because they would not fix the job they did or said they would do. They would not agree to give us any of our money back.
