    I am an avid needlepointer and many of the items I stitch need to be finished into the final product (ornament, pillow, etc) by an outside vendor. I sent 6 of my completed canvases to Poppypointe in January 2024 with the knowledge that it would take several months before I would receive my finished items. After an appropriate time (6 months) I contacted ****** (the owner of Poppypointe) inquiring about my finishing. She assured me that her finisher was working on the items and I should be receiving them shortly. 2 months passed (it's now November 2024)...I contacted ****** again and she assured me the items were being worked by her finisher. As some of the items were for Christmas 2024 presents, I began calling and finally reached ****** in late November. Again, she assured me the items were being worked. In December, I began calling daily but was not able to reach anyone at the shop...I left daily voicemails, requesting that I be contacted. I have repeatedly posted on the Poppypointe ******** page (requesting that ****** contact me) but I have heard nothing from ******. I think the 6 canvases are lost. If they are lost, I would estimate my loss at $900.

    I have NOT received a response from Poppypointe regarding my complaint.  I am not surprised that they also ignored your communications.  I guess my next step would be to visit the shop myself when I am in the area again....they can't ignore a person standing in the door.
