    I hired a web design company online to create a website for my new business. I purchased multiple packages: ultimate design package, SEO, Web Hosting, etc... totaling $5,048. We did some work on the web design and I approved the home page. The interior web pages looked terrible, I let them know all of the issues I had about it, but after working with them for a month, I decided it wasn't a good fit. I told them they could keep the $699.00 design fees since they did do some work on the home page, but requested a refund for $4,349 for the services that I will not be using. They do not come into effect until the website design is complete and the website is launched, which did not happen. I spoke with them on multiple occasions to explain why I am not happy with their services and will not be moving forward with them. There was no signed contract, which should have been a red flag for me, but.... I was told that I could have a refund, but it never came. I kept speaking with ***** ****, the project manager, and he kept trying to keep me on and give me better "deals". I just want a refund. I tried calling again today and was sent directly to voicemail.

    To Whom It May Concern,

    I wanted to let the BBB know that my complaint was resolved with the business WIX Launch Pad and I received a full refund for the services that I did not use/receive.  Thank you all for your help finding a solution to this matter.  I really appreciate your help with this as I was not able to get anywhere on my own.
