    08/26/2022; The dispute is over the bill. I was given a quote three months ago for a total of $6605. The appointment was scheduled and I arrived but for some reason the Dr ************************* was uncertain about the particulars of it. Since I wasn't instructed on how to prepare for the procedure, it was postponed to the date above. Upon arrival I was handed a bill for $1700 more than the original quote. This was corrrected and the procedure was completed. Upon arriving home I opened a packet handed to me as I left. Inside was another bill for $2000 which is higher than the one I complained about before the surgery. The procedure took less than the two hours I was told it would when originally discussing it with the surgeon plus I was told the original quote would be honored. If it wasn't going to be, then I would have cancelled the procedure and found another surgeon. It's obvious to me that I was swindled with a surprise bill post-procedure.
