    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Chemjet injectors I purchased, which have not performed as advertised. Despite following the recommended usage guidelines, I have encountered several significant issues: Leakage at Seams: The injectors consistently leak at the seams, rendering them ineffective for their intended purpose. Debris Accumulation: The injectors frequently fill with drill debris, further complicating their use and compromising their functionality. Delivery System Failure: The injectors do not provide the reliable delivery system promised, which has impacted my ability to treat my trees effectively. After reaching out to your technical support team, I was advised to cut open the end of the Chemjet to create a wider opening. I followed this suggestion, but unfortunately, the leaks persisted. I have since attempted to contact customer support again, but have yet to receive a response. As someone who considers themselves handy, I have successfully completed tree treatments with other products in the past, so I am confident that I am using the Chemjet injectors correctly. Having spent over $650 on your products, I am left feeling frustrated and out of pocket. I now find myself needing to hire an arborist to address the issues that your products were supposed to solve. Given my experience, I cannot recommend the Chemjet injectors to others. I hope you can address these concerns and offer a solution. I tried to resolve this issue with the company as I prefer that method first, instead of leaving reviews, but this is the action, I must take. I did try to leave a review on their website, but they will not post anything lower than 5 stars, which is incredibly misleading. Had I known that, I definitely would not have done business with this TIPCO.
