      Horrible service. They couldn't even explain what they actually provide in service. They just want to lock you into a contract. Then finally after your out of the termed contract.. wait you have to give them 60 days notice... they just want to try and squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Just go with a regular provider much more cost affective and less hassle.

      This company is terrible. We were told we would be charged $***/month for 125 minutes. Thinking our bill would be roughly $*** a month. What they failed to disclose was that they drag out their phone calls to the most minutes, and ALSO charge you for customer support by the minute!!! I am going back and forth with them right now because they are trying to charge me 8 hours of customer support! Our bill for 2 months is $***! BEWARE.
      I have spent weeks trying to get this issue resolved.

      terrible. their lack of service cost me a 30 day suspension with my law enforcement contract. we spent several minutes on the phone with them regarding numerous issues and not getting our calls to us quickly. Now they are trying to charge us for the calls we had to make to figure out why they couldnt get it right with getting us our calls immediately as we are an emergency service. they took the last bill they stated I owed which wouldve been over $*** in one month and charged my credit card. I am disputing this with my credit card company. I have complained in emails and they will not respond. Only charged my credit card again. Terrible

      This company is a scam working with other scam organiazions like ******* Auto Protect. I was having a conversation with Harvey from ******* **** Protect and then was transferred over to Map Communications to speak with Tandria who said she would leave a message for ******* to return my call. I have called both companies numerous times and have not once had a call or email returned. They take your money and then make it impossible for you to ever speak to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

      I experienced dis-satisfying results using Map Communiciations call answering services for the brief time I contracted with them. It seems they were more interested in proving how many minutes they spent answering my calls than providing a service that would entice potential customers to contract with me for tax preparation. Per their records, I had customer hang ups, no messages left, etc. for the very few calls answered. I also had many questions regarding billings during the two-month period I contracted with them. In answering these questions and assisting me in reconciling billing, one of their SVPs of Customer service explained that it takes time for their representatives to get up to speed with a new customer. Of course, one bad customer experience for potential clients of my business erases many positive ones, as I explained to him. As a gesture of good will, I was offered a refund of the back-to-back 12/31 and 1/1 “holiday charges” of $** per day and was asked to remove my original social media posts of the company. I did so in good faith. This was my second mistake (after choosing this company in the first place). Going on three weeks later, and no refunds received. Called the company one last time and they have no record of a refund related to my account. Enough said I believe.

      Absolute garbage service and company.
      We signed up for service which had a monthly fee paid in advance, **** for 125 minutes. We cancelled the service on the first day of May in writing per the terms of our contract and got no response that day, so we called and confirmed the cancellation. They still charged us for the month because "We didn't enter your cancellation until the 9th". We called and requested credit back for the month, they "credited" but left a balance which I have now called about 3 times.
      Be an honest company; since we didn't use the service, and cancelled on Monday, May 1st, there's no need to try to extort/steal money.
