      They Will not honor the 3-year warrenty that you get when buying printers

      Garbage garbage and garbage. 3 printers in 1 year....All had the same error problem. How do you dumbwits have all this money, 86 years in business and you can't fix simple door not closed errors....Your customer support guys are absolute idiots. Not a care in the world and of 0 help. Never again will I ever buy anything canon and being a business owner, I'll make sure I steer everyone away from canon products. How pathetic and sad of a company.

      Cannon isn't a customer service company. I purchased a printer bad needed help asap. Well cannon requires you to give them more info. Actually you have to create an account to get any type of help which is the first time I ever experienced this. I'll be returning this printer and buying.kne where I can get tech help easily.

      Purchased a Canon printer from Target for my place of work. When I went to change ink cartridges, it refused to recognize any, even the ones Canon sent for troubleshooting. They processed the warranty exchange quickly, but sent the exact same model which had the exact same problem. I tried to reach out multiple times through chat (which was how I processed the original exchange), but the chat window kept closing without warning. When I got a hold of someone and told them I wanted a return and refund, they said they were transferring me to someone, and then the chat window closed again. When I went to re-open chat, the chat button was no longer working and I got a message saying service has been discontinued for my product. When I call, the only options are for repairs and technical support, but I've been through all the steps multiple times. I can't go to the original store I bought it from for a refund because I sent the original to Canon for the exchange warranty. This is disgusting customer service and I feel so duped. Now I'm stuck with a printer that doesn't work and
