    I hired Fence Pro to install my vinyl privacy fence. There is a section of the fence that I don't believe was done professionally. I have contacted the company 3 times through email (so I can have a paper trail) only to keep getting, I am waiting on ****'s response. I believe that at this point **** is ignoring me.I was told when I was seeking estimates that Customers biggest complaint with FencePro is there lack of response after they install your fence if you contact them. I thought this was probably a sales pitch to try to get me to go with that particular company, but I guess he was telling the truth. Enclosed are pictures of the part of the fence I am not satisfied with and want fixed.

    We have been in contact with the customer and have visited the property to try and resolve the issue. The customer was not home during the visit so a business card was left a few weeks ago and just late last week we received a call back from the customer. We were able to speak with the customer today and let her know that we stand behind our workmanship and would replace the one small damaged area that we were not aware of and gave her the cost to add fillers under her gate and one small section that had gaps due to the grade of her property. I believe from the conversation with the customer that the issue has been resolved.
