    July 1 2023 I ordered 2 topographical posters from a file I sent of land my son owns. Birthday gift. When the order was complete the website gave me a order number #617308 I took a screen shot of my order and the order number. Usually you get a confirmation email. I never got one. They sent me an email reminder telling me I still had an order in my cart. Since I paid and got an order number I felt this was wrong. I emailed them 2x and the emails were sent back to me. I've called once or twice EVERY DAY since I placed my order to find out if I did something wrong or if it went through but I can't get anyone on the phone. It's a voice message that says they'll get back in 24 hours. I started to call the number to place an order instead figuring I'd be sure to get someone through an order taking line but no one answers there either. Another voice mail saying they'll get back to you. All I want is to find out if they are still in business and if my order went through. If not then I'd like my money back. But no one will get back to me. I guess my next step is the bank. This is 10 days now. ***** ********

    Order number ****** I am writing this review about Poster Burner. I purchased 2 posters with Poster Burner. I sent them an email advising if the quality is low - please cancel the order. Upon review by customer service, they advised they can add a filter to one to save the integrity of the picture. They emailed me asking if it was okay to proceed when they sent over proof of the filtered picture. They proceeded with the order and canceled the other print with a refund. After a week, I asked about the refund they said to allow them another 2 days for processing the refund. After another week I emailed them and they said they sent the low pixelization picture that was supposedly canceled to me. They advised me now in order to get a refund to send that one back or send a picture of the item ripped. Since then I have emailed them twice with a ripped picture of the photo and no refund. So I have an email thread saying they canceled my second item another email saying they are going to issue a refund and now a third saying in order to issue the refund I have to send proof of the picture being ripped - I have now contacted my credit card company to send them this email thread showing this company doesn't honor their word - they have somehow left the onus on me for the mistake and that is not fair.... I want a full refund now this is absurd and to be contacted by the business

    Hi,

    I checked your order and it looks like you made an order for multiple posters, and then emailed in that you wanted to cancel one of them.  The posters were in production at the time we got your email, and the poster ended up shipping.  We emailed that if you did not want it and wanted a refund, you could send in proof of destruction - which you did, and we refunded that print today.  Thank you.

    i ORDERED A DECAL FOR A CUSTOMER, THEY HAVE NOT SHIPPED THE ORDER CORRECTLY AND HAVE CHARGED ME 5 TIMES FOR INCORRECT AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. IT IS A SIMPLE THING, BUT TO MAKE A VETERAN WAIT FOR SOMETHING LIKE THIS IS IMMORAL AND WRONG AND TO NOT ADMIT THE MISTAKE IS SIMPLY MAKING IT WORSE. JUST DO THE JOB THEY WERE PAID FOR AND DO IT CORRECTLY. WE HAVE TRIED TO COMMUNICATE AND ALL I GET ARE AUTOMATED RESPONSES WITH NO SATISFACTION OR RESULTS. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS. And you definitely need to be refunded for 1 or 2 of the orders. You submitted a complaint through an organization that looks out for veterans before posting this. We take that very seriously and the last people on earth we want to have a bad experience at PosterBurner are military veterans. So once that complaint was filed, I responded, I let them know that you were due for a refund, but I think you submitted the complaint for the wrong orders. I haven't heard back from them, so I'm guessing they operate slowly. I will ping them again now and you as well and try to get this resolved today. I find it interesting that in six(6) months of trying to get two(2) decals made for a veteran and having to pay for 5 decals of which I received one (1) correct one , and one (1) defective one this company chooses to pick on certain orders even after forwarding ALL orders for determination. For Decals that have a certain cost and a quality expectation as well as a timely response I believe six months and the money we spent is ample time to expect this to be corrected and it is NOT. I still have a customer without his order, this is at the very least a questionable and somewhat fraudulent situation with no real resolution. All we ever wanted was two(2) decals made to a specific size and have so far received ONE. In addition the last order has been sitting in a post office in Chesapeake Va. since 10/18/2022 but they show it shipped, but the Post Office states they are awaiting the package. Something is very wrong here. Why are my records more complete and accurate than a company I am paying for the expectation of quality and professionalism. SO NO I AM NOT SATISFIED and waving a refund does not complete the job contracted for initially six(6) months ago.     My first and only order was placed on 8/26 and took two weeks to arrive despite their posted production times lines indicating an "average" of 2-4 business days. If the long end is 2 weeks what's the short end, immediately? I call b.s. on that. Then, when finally arrived late, they were of poor quality and missing 3 of the 14 prints. Unsurprisingly, websites such as this have no direct customer service # so you're left to email which is a joke. If they reply, it's more b.s. delays and nonsense. They said send a email wirh pics from the order form showing which prints were missing. So, I complied and sent the email with screenshots of the missing prints from my order. Offered to send back the existing/received product (because they're garbage quality) if they sent a label, they refused and said go ahead and cut up the existing/received prints and send a picture showing they were destroyed and then they'd refund. We'll, did that and then they send an email saying "oh no, now we need you to rearrange the prints so we can see which are destroyed and which were missing. It's a complete scam seemingly intended to delay, delay, delay, delay, delay, until you eventually*** give up....DO NOT ORDER FRIM THIS business. It's a ripoff. Filed a charge back through the third party processor ********* Just waiting for the business to FINALLY step up and do the right thing by processing the refund or wait for ****** to do so since it's clearly a scam business.

You opted to have them express shipped, but again we made a mistake and missed including I think one or two of the decals that were in the order. There's no question we messed up on your order. Once you sent the pictures of the decals you didn't want to keep, I approved the refund in the ****** dispute immediately. If there was a delay in that, it was on the ****** side because they have to review disputes. I apologize both for the initial delay in shipping your order (which is not normal at all) and for the mistake in missing some decals when we express shipped the package to you.

    Ordered decal said it was going to be 15x19 came and it was only 19x 10 to small to use

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/14) */ Hi ******, I apologize. For cutout decals, we print at the size of the image, and then cutout the active part of the image. I think that was the confusion. If you are not happy with the decal and cannot use it, you can return it or send in a picture of the decal cut in fourths and destroyed for a refund.
