    I contacted this company through Thumbtack and scheduled a quote to have gutter guards added to my father’s existing gutters. **** is the person who I’ve been in contact with. We decided to go with Gutter Innovation and the work was completed on Saturday November 19th. When I came back in town I was able to check out the work on my fathers house and realized that the work was not completed. I started reaching out to **** via call and text. I also left a message with the main number of the company and left a message. I have not received a call back from the main number but have reached out to ****. We were in contact up until yesterday and today he is not responding to calls or text. Please see attached photos for more documentation. I just want him to finish the job that they claimed was completed.

    This gutter guard installation was completed the morning of 12/06/22. The customer was told that we needed to order more material as we were short for what we originally order from our supplier. It was under our impression that she understood that we would need to order more. It was never our intention to not complete this job. We have never had a negative review since beginning this business. Our reviews speak for themselves. I apologize on behalf of our installer if their was any type of miscommunication. However, this job was completed as soon as the rest of the product arrived.
