So far I love my new gutter system. We've had two storms and some rain and the gutters seem to work perfectly. The staff were kind, considerate, caring and professional. I found a few shavings of metal in the yard which to me was minor and did not take away from the overall process. Thank you Exterior Source.Exterior Source of Tidewater, VA

My experience with Exterior Source was a positive and hassle-free experience for my new gutters. David, the sales consultant, explained all the details clearly. We set the install date and Fred and Jay showed up on time and did a great installing everything. They made some recommendations that made great sense and were much appreciated. 5 starsFirst I would like to say the representative Jason that gave me my quote was extremely courteous polite and very informative. He answered all my questions along with displaying the different types of gutters that were available on the market today. Today the installers Fred and Jay responded to my residence and they were very informative answered all my questions explained the process in detail so that I could understand it. They completed this relation in a very timely manner I'm very appreciative for the service that they provided and I am sure based on my dealings with these three employees that I should not have any problems in the future. 5 starsThe work I received to my home was outstanding. The clean up was on point. I would recommend Exterior Sources of Tidewater to anyone looking to have vinyl siding on their home. 5 starsFirst, the sales rep was very polite and personable. As I already had a good knowledge of the Leaf-Guard system, he spoke to me at that level. I never felt he was talking "down" to me. He answered any questions I had and walked me around the house to explain what would be done in each area due to the factors that were involved (rainfall/physical structure). Second, the install crew arrived on time and were very polite, professional and friendly. They worked well with each other which made the process run very smoothly. My roof was less than a week old and they showed me how they would install the gutters with the new drip rail that possessed a flanged edge. The ONLY thing they left behind was the new gutter system. There was no debris of any sort left behind. I have no reservations in recommending Exterior Source for the job!Review fromEthel P
