    Went there may 30 2024 to get eye exam all went well after that the young man helped me I had my own frame but he showed me some of there’s I saw a pair of re* *** **** frames he said but they call them pink I showed the young man two pair of my glasses a pair of Tom ford but I had them tented and I showed him my ***** glasses I had on they were tented as well and I told him that I didn’t want no shades I want the tent to show this young did what he wanted to do no I am at the point I want my money back because they can’t get the tent right I k ew somthing was wrong when the glasses came back early it always takes 10 days facts I don’t no what company doing them lens but they sloppy and rushing and I want my money back I paid half the day of appointment then 7 days later he call said glasses were in but wasn’t tented as I stated and I still paid the rest and I told him that I wasn’t going ware them cause there were ugle I am a tent lady and I pay any where from 8***** ** ****** *ut of pocket as well as what my insurance covers so I am up set I am going say the young man doing what he want and not how I said and I showed him I am lost ?? the tend is not to be sunglasses I been getting my glasses tented for many years normally dr. ****** ** ****** send mines off to get them tenant but I switched to a different eye doctor but I’m lost on how they can’t get the tent right it will be a month that’s why you don’t pay in full he going gave me the glasses even tho he was sending them back and I paid but I want my money back this the third lens this company done did he’s out refund

    I was refunded all my money from eye care ASAP as well as insurance credits
