My daughter ***** ******** has had the magazine ***** delivered to her for at least the past 2 years without her subscribing to it. I am her Legal Guardian as awarded by our county; Licking ****** ******** ***** ** ***o and neither I nor ***** subscribed her to this or any magazines. . I have called ***** magazine twice with today being the 2nd time and was told the subscription isss through a 3rd party site, Sub Data Pro. I called *** **** *** at 6:00 p.m.EST at their number ***** ******** during their listed business hours and got an preprogrammed message to call during regular business hours. I called a second time thinking it was a fluke that Id gotten that recording, but again got the recording. I tried going to their website and my browser said to "Do NOT proceed to the website as it is a "HARMFUL WEBSITE, DO NOT PROCEED", so I didn't. I want my daughter unsubscribed from ***** and any monies charged to her by Sub Data Pro, AND her personal data wiped from their data base.Business Response

I received a letter in the mail (attached to this form) I'llthanking me for my subscription to ******** and Indians Magazine." The letter provided an account number that had been created with my name and address. Upon checking the account number, it said I was billed on 5/30/2024. I have never heard of this magazine, so I reached out to customer support. They responded that ********** had signed me up. I have never heard of **********, either. They have used my name, personal information, and possibly my banking information without my knowledge nor consent. I would like a refund, as well as to know how and where my personal information was obtained. Finally, I would like them to delete my name, contact information, and any personal information they have from me from their files, and I do not, and have not, consented to their use of it.Business Response

Banking details), and I would further like to request them to delete my personal and contact information from their records. I have never signed up for a subscription to ****** **** magazine but have been receiving it with a listed subscription account number for years. It has arrived at every address and in every state I have lived in during this time. I have reached out to ***** *********** **** customer support several times over the years to ask them to stop sending these unwanted magazines and was lead in circles. Finally in June 2024 they told me they are unable to stop sending me the magazine, as the subscription originated from an independent sales agency. They provided the information for this company as the originator. I called this company in June and spoke to a representative who took down all of my personal information. They then told me they have no information about me receiving ****** **** or any other magazine, and said they would have to talk to a supervisor. They asked if I would like a call back and I said yes and confirmed my phone number again. They never returned the call. I am still receiving ****** **** magazine. I want this company to completely stop using any information they have about me and ensure I am not signed up without my consent in the future.Business Response
