  5 Stars plus...
  I had the pleasure of planning and executing the sale of my home through Leverage Realty and Thomas and Kimberly *********. From our first meeting which was about a year before the house was listed i was completely comfortable with both Tom and Kim. We met the first time to do a walk thru inside and out of my property and get a game plan drawn up of items that needed attention and the process of listing the home. We ended up meeting back 2 more times in the latter months and each time they showed the same enthusiasm as they had from the beginning, they maximized our profits in a completely transparent approach. I was never told anything inflated, i was never lied to and they answered every question, phone call and text message i had for them. Steadfast and completely committed to the process, they are a couple that shows their Real Estate knowledge and professionalism always. It was indeed a pleasure to allow them and Leverage Realty the task of selling my property. It's not very often that you meet and deal with people in a business setting that evolves into a friendship, this is exactly what happened with Tom and Kim. I thank them for taking the numerous hours it takes to get a home evaluated, listed, shown and ultimately SOLD! Thank you both for your assistance and your wealth of professional knowledge that made this transaction seamless!!

  Kim and Tom are hands down the most incredible and professional team you can find in Hampton Roads. They found us our dream home and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend!

  Kim and Tom were absolutely amazing. They came in and helped us sell our 2nd home. They were in the trenches with us, whether it was painting, cleaning, or even watching the kiddos all while we were getting the house ready to sell and moving out. Highly recommend them.

  My husband and I just used Kimberly and Tom from Leverage Realty to purchase our first home. We are so grateful for their patience with us, and understanding that we were in a time crunch. They are the most amazing team to work with. If you are looking to be treated like family and have someone devote their time to you and your needs, then you should call them.
