    They are extremely rude. The pickups are constantly missed and they believe it's the customer's fault. I wouldn't recommend them to someone I don't like. Do yourself a favor and pick a different company.

It appears that we are collecting your recyclables through a subscription service every-other-week. Our GPS service verification software indicates we serviced your cart on 12/4/24 and 12/18/24, with your next service on 1/1/25.     If you are a housing community DO NOT contract this company for your garbage or recycling. They miss trashcans CONSTANTLY. I understand mistakes happen, however the refuse to come back out to fix it. I have emailed several times and no one ever gets back to me. If you are an HOA do not fine your home owners when their trash cans are not in by a certain time.
