    Nature of dispute: He will not answer the phone calls, he has not started working on the shed and he did not get the zoning permit to build it. Date on the contract to start building was September 15th 2022.
    Attempted to resolve issue with ***** but he keep giving me the run around and don't return calls and fails follow-up. Requested a refund.

    I am the one who told him I didn't want to build his building because he was not understanding about having to wait on the city to get the permit he needed. He signed the contract saying he had to get the permit but he didn't know how to do it so I told him I would just help him and get it. I guess I thought I was going to drop everything and do a favor for him and get it when I had other things that had to be done. So after him getting very rude on the phone with me I told him I did not want to do his building and then I would give him a 100% refund. I see that he didn't put that in his little statement. And I have a date and time in a txt where I told him that. Funny how he doesn't say anything about that at all. If the *** wants to see it I will send them a copy of it.
