    April 2023 - unseasonably warm. Dispatch went quickly and we determined we wanted the new unit as recommended by JMR who have been keeping up with us for the last 20 years. Outstanding every time.
    They were extremely careful using booties to walk through the house. They provided a quote, 1/2 down, 1/2 upon completion.
    It all went pretty smoothly. They did have to order for delivery through the weekend but were done the following Monday.
    Seems to me we were lucky to have it all done in April so when the ‘real’ weather hit, we were prepared.
