    Horrible workmanship and next to no warranty on install This company was used by the builder in our neighborhood for roofs and there have been many reports of issues/leaks. Mostly anywhere there is a penetration (box vents/exhaust ducts/vent piping). Company has no interest in ensuring quality or customer satisfaction.

    Probable the worst customer experiences I've had with a company in a long time. Greenbrier Vinyl & Gutter, Inc. came out to my residence to address excessive movement of my hardy siding on my house. They address the issue by nailing all the lose siding and painted over the nails. After a month it became obvious that the paint was the wrong color or defective, because it left paint marks all throughout the outside of my house. I contacted the company about the issue, and they tried to pressure wash the house to remove the marks, that didn't work. November 2, 2021, the Superintendent was sent over to evaluate the issue and he concluded that the house needed to be painted. For the pass 9 months I've received numerous excuses, why their unable to paint my house. I've even sent different paint quotes to resolve the issue with no success. If I could leave negative zero stars I would, this has been the worst experience dealing with a company.
