      Catapult Steel took our deposit 18 months ago promising a building within 6 weeks. We have called relentlessly and were repeatedly promised fulfillment of our contract. Finally, we requested a letter assuring us our deposit back if they didn't deliver by Aug 22. On September 1, we began pursuing the return of our substantial deposit. They sent a check after 21 days of daily calls and further promises. The check BOUNCED. It is now September 29 and we are still waiting. Their website still states that they can provide services within 6 weeks. How are these people still in business??
