      I loathe dealing with this bank. There is a 5-8 step security process every time you call the bank or try to log in online. On top of that, they use security questions that you never chose- they are questions that they generate from your online activity over the years, so it's impossible to get my account verified. Even a representative told me there's no way for them to help me because I can't get through SEVEN security questions that I've never heard of before!! On top of that, EVERYTHING takes 3+ days... Even just getting my account number. I had to call in, waste 15 minutes to speak to the right person, and literally wait 3 days for them to send it to me.My parents opened this account for me when I was in high school and I've been trying to cancel it for the last 4 years and have never been successful... Everything about this bank is the epitome of inconvenience. I still have no idea how I'm going to access my own money to transfer it to my regular account. My advice: STAY AWAY AND JUST GO WITH A REPUTABLE BANK THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING!! It's almost laughable how ridiculous CF's "processes" are.
