    I believe this company is a scam. The owner came out to diagnose the problem with our right front burner of our stove which sometimes ***** on high only. He just looked at it and said that we should replace it and the control k*** He charged $125 to order the parts which would be subtracted from the total cost of repairs. He never called us and every time we reached out to him he said he had an emergency, his car broke down, his daughter had an emergency or he would call us back in 30 minutes. He finally set up a service time between 10:00-12:00 and he never showed up or called. This went on for 2 months. We mailed a certified letter to his address requesting a refund of the $125 since it was obvious that he has no intention of making the repair. As of this writing, we have yet to hear anything. This is not a repairable company and uses dishonest practices.

    The ***** are nice folks just like anyone else. It just so happened that a number of unfortunate things were happening at that time frame out of my control. Which may seem like we don't care about the ******. It just timing of situations that occurred. Once such situations arise in business and a customer is hostile, we back off so things don't escalate. Refund was already sent to there home address a day ago.Apologies we are not a scam.
