    I took my *** sorento to dealership on February 7th because I had no sound in my car and my charging pad wasn't working, they ran diagnostics and said that they found 2 bad components which they repaired. I left with my car and everything was working fine, around 11pm that night the alarm on my car kept going randomly off. It eventually stopped.The next morning my car started alarming again, I would turn it off and 5 minutes later it started alarming again. I went to the car and started it thinking it would stop and low and behold I had no sound again, I called the dealership and they suggested I bring it back so I did. That was February 8th. I called them every couple of days to check the status and all I was told was we're still running diagnostics. A month went by with very minimal communication, at this point I started reaching out to *** customer care because no one was returning my calls. I went to the dealership several times and each time my car was sitting in the parking lot. Here we are 2 months later, I was told that 2 field techs were coming in to run test, the plan was to swap my radio and amp with another vehicle, well I didn't know if that worked because no one bothered to communicate the outcome with me, now we are 3 months later and I'm told it was the amp but by the way you are going to need a new battery which we can replace for ******. My battery was fine before I took it there, it was not the cause of the initial problem. When they called themselves fixing the initial issue they created another,(alarming) which killed the battery. I picked my car up today 5/13/25 after I purchased a battery to be installed. I have never been so disappointed with a business in my life. I have purchased 3 ***'s and unfortunately this will be my last. They billed my warranty company for the initial diagnostic and repair but they didn't repair my vehicle, they created another problem. I am literally disgusted and will never do business with them again
