      This dealer has the worst customer service. We bought a brand new vehicle with them and have had nothing but issues with the *****. The ***** has only ****** and has been in the dealer multiple times. They advertise lifetime warranty on engine, transmission, drivetrain and the problem we have an issue with is the engine coolant temperature sensor. The refuse to cover the cost of the replacement when the coolant system is a main component of the engine and what keeps the engine running. I think they should cover the cost of the repair when the warranty clearly states on the website and all the phone records that it covers ENGINE, transmission, drivetrain. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone! Stay far away!!!!! Every repair we have done with them it has been a fight. I mean a fight.

The warranty covers components of the engine, transmission, and drivetrain, such as the engine block, internal lubricated parts, and other primary engine components. Unfortunately, the engine coolant temperature sensor is not included in this coverage, as it is classified as part of the cooling system and considered a wear-and-tear item.Wear-and-tear items are components that naturally degrade over time due to regular use and are therefore not covered under most warranty plans, including ours. We understand how this can be frustrating, particularly when it affects your vehicles performance, and we regret any confusion this situation may have caused.We value your feedback and would like to ensure all your concerns are properly addressed. If you have additional questions or would like to discuss this matter further, please dont hesitate to contact our service department.
