      On November 22,2022 I went to Waller tire because I had a right rear tire flat. They found a nail close to the side wall and a man name Buck fixed it. I stood their outside the bay while he plugged the tire. I asked **** who do I pay? He said pay him. The man walked over and I gave him *****. Cash He said he would take it inside. **** witnessed it. I did not get a receipt!! He suggested I get a new tire because it was on side wall . So I went to NTB (National Tire and Battery) asap. They said they could not match that tire so instead of one different tire I installed all 4 tires. I went back to Waller Tire today December 6 th to get my receipt for ***** so I could turn it into my Roadside Assistance.. They will pay for one tire . **** Waller the owner refused to give me a receipt for the ***** cash I paid on ***** for plugging the tire. All I want is a receipt on *****-2022 on his letterhead showing they fixed a flat tire where nail was on side wall. so I can turn it into my Roadside Assistance to get reimbursed for my tire that I had to buy. . **** Waller the owner refused to give me a receipt. He said I cant go back. **** the mechanic that fixed my tire witnessed it. **** walked back in the office with me today. He told **** Waller that she paid in cash. I paid the person in the shop. All Im asking is for a receipt that day for ***** for plugging a tire so I can turn it into my roadside assistance. **** Waller wont give me a receipt now. Thank you.
