    I completed an online order for pickup on Saturday June 17th. Went to pick up the order through the drivethru and luckily noticed that it was missing one biscuit before pulling off. Got that and came home to eat before heading out the door for the day. In the order you can see that I paid extra for Egg and Cheese on the cajun filet biscuit which I did not receive. I called the store and asked how I could be refunded as we were getting ready to leave for the day and the teammate that answered the phone did not know how with an online order and explained a manager was not in. He took my information and was to have a manager call me back next day. That didn't happen. On Monday I completed the online survey and requested to be called to resolve this and provided my information. In addition to this I also sent an email to the "Contact us" with corporate Bojangles requesting to be contacted to resolve. I have not received any contact. I am requesting to be refunding $1.82 for the cost of the items plus tax.
