    We had them come out on Aug. 2021 to pump our ***** gallon tank and it's **** and we just discovered it's completely full again in less than 3 years!!! We had to pay a plumber to come out and clear out a major blockage THAT SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED but ACE did not empty the tank and must have only emptied about half of it! The plumber said it's something septic companies will do WITHOUT YOU LOOKING so that you end up calling them back for more service! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE business practice and we will certainly be communicating this to them as well as posting this out to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY unless they MAKE THIS RIGHT!

    With all due respect to the customer this is an extreme and unjustifiable accusation. The customer called and rudely accused our company of not fully pumping his septic tank out 2 1/2+ years ago. Back on August 2, 2021, we pumped the tank and had to snake out the line which clearly tells us that there was a blockage on that day also. We have been in business for over 30 years with an A+ rating from BBB. We value our customers and can assure them that we will never us unfair business practices.
