    BEWARE: WORST BUSNESS and CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! We purchased 9 new windows from Ronnie Jenkins II (Windows Siding, Roofing, Gutters) located now at *************************************************************** last month, September 2023. We called in our order via the telephone, gave the correct sizes of all windows we needed for our property. We spent over $2000.00 on the windows. When we picked up the order and took home to install, NONE of the windows were correct. Again, we gave the correct sizes to the company. We called to inform them of the windows not fitting. They refused to correct the order. We were given the run around. They finally offered to pay only $500 to us. We did not want the $500, we wanted the correct size windows for our property that we ordered or a full refund due to their mistake. We informed them that we needed the windows as soon as possible because they were for a rental property that was being rented that following week. The house had to be ready for the new tenants. We were then told by the gentleman that worked there that he would come and install the incorrect windows to make them work. Complete liar. Just talked a bunch of c*** to persuade us they don't do bad business and they really wanted to satisfy us, the customer. Never called back to come and install the windows.This is extremely POOR business. They make errors and never admit to their mistakes and never fix it. Just take your money. BEWARE. We will NEVER ever refer this company to anyone. We are now stuck 9 incorrect windows.
