    I purched a home in 2019. I have a leak in the roof. The contractor dosen't show up when promised or return phone calls.

    Representative/Customer Service Team,Thank you for the opportunity
    to respond to Mr. Robert ********s concerns.Mr. ******* purchased a
    materials package from Southland Log Homes on April 3, 2019, and the delivery
    of these materials was completed on May 1, 2019. At that time, all terms of the
    contract between Southland Log Homes and Mr. ******* were fulfilled.It is important to clarify
    that Southland Log Homes was not contracted to construct Mr. *******’s home.
    Our scope of services was limited to providing only the materials specified in the
    agreement. Per the signed contract, specifically on page 8 of 10 (attached),
    Mr. ******* personally initialed to acknowledge his understanding that he would
    be solely responsible for the construction of his home.We understand that
    construction projects can present challenges, and we regret any frustration Mr.
    ******* has experienced. However, any repairs or issues related to the
    construction process fall outside the responsibilities and obligations of
    Southland Log Homes.If there are any additional
    questions or documentation needed to further clarify this matter, we would be
    happy to provide them.Thank you for your attention
