    I made two orders from Rose on 9/24/24 I never received the second order. She stated that she would email me the shipping and mail it out but never did instead she just kept my money and refunded me only 3.95 she said there is a no refund policy, but I wasn’t trying to refund anything. I never received the product and I got a nasty email saying that I didn’t receive the product because I spoke ill of her husband so I asked her to refund the money, but she refused to. The other four shirts are received or not what I had asked for the product is peeling after one wash I requested for a big number one on the back of the T-shirt for the baseball man to be removed.

    The purchase date of the transaction 9/24/24. The person who ordered is ******* ****** *****. She's ordered 5 custom shirts, and 1 "custom wax melt sample pack" (the custom wax melt sample pack wasn't even on my website). She received 4 of 5 of the custom shirts however after that she choose to verbally attack myself, my husband, and my whole family calling me a *****, a *****, and telling me to "go to the nearest **** and ******* stay there", she called my husband lazy, and a loser, as well as calling me my whole family a bunch of psychos. She was given proper instructions of "turn the shirts inside out before washing and dry the shirts on low", she admittedly stated she doesn't have time to "do all that". She never contacted me within a 15-30 day time frame to make me aware of the fact that there were issues with the shirts before 2-3 days ago but she waited for over a month to inform of the shirts "peeling" but additionally no proof was given. She has worn the shirts because she stated that they were in her size. Per ***,stated she (as the customer) is responsible for "address change fee" but she refused to pay the $22. I custom made her design and worked on it for 5 days in a row working on it until sometimes 2am or later. I canceled her order because she had outstanding costs related to another order that she refused to pay. She was extremely disrespectful, and rude on more than the occassions shown in the screenshots attached. She wants to say that my email to her was "nasty", and I feel that it was very professional. She did not even acknowledge my email for 8 days after it was sent on 11/2/2024. I even explained in depth that her refund was minus the $22 that she owed for the address change fee. I even gave 15% discount off the top due to the fact that she is my cousin. Honestly, this is nothing more than angry family member who purchased from me who now thinks that she can con or scam a family member who owns a business because she is having financial issues that have nothing to do with me or my business. I DO NOT owe ******* anything especially not $113.25. I DO NOT want any further contact with *******. She harassed me from her phone number as well as another phone number. She has even went as far as making threats of getting a lawyer and taking me to court, and threats of calling the police on me when she is harassing me. Additionally, ******* thinks that she bully me into refunding her the whole amount of her order. She wouldn't do this to ******, *******, etc but she thinks it is okay to do to a small business owner
