    I ordered a replacement passenger side rearview mirror for my 2018 Kia Optima. Upon completing the transaction and giving the gentleman my debit card number he advised me that my shipment should arrive the very next day. The shipment did not arrive the very next day or the day there after so therefore I returned a call to them on the following Monday asking when I should receive my shipment he advised me that it would be received or delivered on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. The part did come in that Tuesday. However once connected it through a BSD error to my system because it was the incorrect part. It doesn’t did not have the Blindspot detection capability I returned a phone call to them, as well as my husband asking for a payment receipt, and if we could return the product and get refunded, they refuse to give me any sort of payment receipt or confirmation from their behalf, and after speaking with them numerous times throughout a period of a day, the owner himself, Mr. Everett Agee himself told me he was downright refusing to accept my return because it was a special order and I have been too persistent with asking for my payment receipt.

    We spoke with the customer over the phone on September 14 to discuss the purchase of a side mirror for a 2018 Kia Optima. At that time the customer confirmed they needed the non-heated, passenger side rearview mirror. Our supplier’s website showed the part was local in Virginia, and that it should be delivered the following day. Unfortunately their inventory was incorrect and the part had to be shipped from Arizona, resulting in the shipping delay. After the part was delivered, we received a phone call from the customer’s husband stating that the part was not correct, and they did in fact need the heated mirror with the blind-spot detection. I called our supplier to confirm the return process for the incorrect part, and was informed there would be a $15.00 charge for the *** label as the original packaging had already been disposed of by the customer. The customer was not agreeable to paying the $15.00 shipping charge to return the incorrect part as of our last conversation, and is still in possession of the item. We will be happy to issue a refund for the original purchase price and assist in the shipping process should the customer change their mind regarding the return shipping fee imposed by the supplier.***** ******** ****** ************
