    On 2/9/2022, we ordered blinds and shades for our house. We gave him a partial payment of $3088.93. They were installed on 3/20 and we paid the balance due of $3088.92. The end caps on all the wood blinds were too short and had to be reordered and the 2 shades in the master bedroom were the wrong color and had to be reordered. He said it would take about a month and then he would come fix all. We called multiple times and the shades were always backordered. Finally in July he offered to order them from a different vendor and we agreed. We called after the date they were to be delivered and he had them but could not install them before we went on vacation for three weeks. So we set Sept 15 at 10:00 to install. When he did not show up, we callled him. He failed to write it on his calendar so we set a new date of Sept 28. He did show up but did not have our items. Someone had cleaned out his truck and thrown all of our items away. He had to reorder and thought they would be in by the end of October. We called again the first week of November and set up a new date. When he failed to show up on Nov 17, we called and he got tied up on another job. So we set a new date of November 21. He called and had wrecked his vehicle and had no way to get here. So we set a new date of November 28. He called the day before and wanted to change it to Wednesday and we told him no. So he called on the 28th and advised he was in another wreck. My husband told him he would come pick him up and take him back but we needed this done by December 2nd. He said he would call on Wednesday, Nov 29th but did not call. We need help getting this resolved as it appears he has no intention of fixing this.

    I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.it is true that the owner called and came to our home on December 19 to rectify this situation. Unfortunately he still did not have the correct items to fix this issue. While he was here he reordered the new blinds to fix in the bedroom and all new valances to fix every window. They were supposed to be mailed to our house in about two weeks. It has been three weeks and no product has been delivered and we have not heard back from the owner. I understand things take longer during the holidays so I am still waiting.
